We are sad to announce that on July 25, 2021, West Carole T of Elgin, South Carolina, born in Edgefield, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Louise Stack and Harold J. Talbert, Sr.; her husband Paul West; her siblings, Harold J. Talbert, Jr., Charles L. Talbert (Virginia), Ralph B. Talbert (Linda) and Linda T. Heath (Jimmy); her sisters-in-law, Anniemae W. Boyd and Margaret W. Smith; her sister Anne S. Driggers; and her sister-in-law Bunie Talbert. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Blaney Baptist Church, Meals to Go.
