He is survived by: his wife Annette Jones Conner; his son William Harris Conner, III (Marie) of Joppa, MD; his grandsons, George Shields Conner, Duncan McKenzie Conner and William Alan Conner; and his brother Edward Conner (Laura) of Macon, GA..
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethesda Presbyterian Church (502 E Dekalb St, Camden, SC 29020).
