As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Brenda may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. O'Shields and Kate Owings O'Shields; and her brother Kenneth Wayne O'Shields. She is survived by: her husband Steve Walker; her children, Brandi Taylor of Enoree and Matthew Walker of Woodruff; her granddaughter Kayla Dixon; and her great great grandchildren, Tanner Dixon and Ali Dixon.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
