He was predeceased by : his parents, E. K. Mallard and Lillian Margaret Mallard; and his sister Cheryl Britton. He is survived by : his spouse Troung Thi Mallard (Mot); his children, Whitney Borgman, Terry Mallard, Kandy Nkwoji and Tommie Mallard; his grandchildren, Brandon, Angel and Brittany; his great grandchildren, Onnaleia and Naomi; and his siblings, Edward Mallard and Terry Mallard.
