He was predeceased by: his parents, Derwood Deaver and Evelyn Weatherly Hutchinson; and his sisters, Diane Byrd, Rebecca Flowers and Wanda Dell Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Brandy Nutter (Scott) and Kevin Deaver (Kelly); his grandchildren, Drew Nutter, Bryce Nutter, Arianna Deaver and Fiona Deaver; his brother Steve Deaver (Mandy); and his brother-in-law Bobby Flowers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
