He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Phillips; his wife Harriett Phillips of Florence; his son Damaris Griffin of Knoxville, Tennessee; his stepson Santreze Lee of Norcross, Georgia; his brother Isaac Pitts of Lawrence, Kansas; his stepdaughter Tennille Laws (Ronald Scott) of Florence; and his stepgrandson Caiden Laws of Florence. He was also cherished by brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nephews; nieces; cousins; other relatives; and friends.
