He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Nash Collins, Sr. and Mary McLeod Berry Collins; and his brother Luther Edward "Eddie" Collins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Francis Connor Collins; his son Charlie Nash Collins III (Kristin); his sisters, Mary Ruth Bracey of Hamer, Barbara Herring of Dillon and Diana Evans (Ray) of Hamer; and his grandchild Charlie Nash Collins IV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
