He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Wise Moore-Kirby and Jesse Lee Moore; his wife Iris Jean Haynes Moore; his grandson Bryan Scot Moore; and his siblings, Wade Bruce Moore, Elma Lee DeWitt, Myrtle Askins, Harvey "Shorty" Moore, Jack Moore, Harry Moore, Sidney Moore, Johnnie Moore, Jesse Lee Moore, Jr., George Moore and Herbert Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Douglas Bryan Moore (Sherrie) of Effingham and Tamra Ward of Florence; his grandchildren, Kim Moore, Hope Moore and Garrett Ward; his sister-in-law Elaine Moore; his nephews, Jimmy Moore (Barbara) and Bruce Moore; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Springs Ham (Charles) and Bobby Haynes.
