She was predeceased by: her parents, Martha "Tempie" and Edgar R. Flowers; and her sisters, Peggy Jean Tedder and Alicia Grace Bullard. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Ashley Gates (Linda) and Maria Grace Osterhout (Joshua).

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the ASPCA.
