He is survived by: his wife Elder Millie Montgomery-Sapp; his daughters, Natasha Montgomery of South Carolina, Ernestine Jackson of Florida, Lorraine McDonald of New York, Diane Sapp of Tennessee and Crystal Brooker of New York; and his siblings, Ulysses Sapp (Lillie Mae) of North Carolina, Ada Courtney of Florida and Betty Jean Jackson of Florida. He is also survived by nephews; nieces; other relatives; and friends.
