He was predeceased by: his parents, William Preston "Press" Miles and Esther Matthews Miles; and his siblings, Lillie Mae Miles, Randolph Miles and Bo Miles.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McDonald Miles; his children, Gloria Miles McKay (Willard) of Timmonsville, Wayne Miles of Scranton, Billy Ray Miles (Teresa) of Timmonsville and Sharon Miles Brehm (Phillip) of Scranton; his grandchildren, Joey McKay (Brandi), Amy Webb (Jason), Erin Strickland (Rocky), Sumer Pritchard (Brian), Zachary Miles, Ryan Brehm (Taylor), Nicholas Brehm and Noah Brehm; and his siblings, Elizabeth Tedder and Jerry Miles.
