He was predeceased by: his father James; his parents-in-law, Lisha and Josephine Kelly Lewis; his siblings, LeVan Brockington, David Mitchell, Chester Brockington, Gilbert Brockington, Diane Brockington and Doris Davis; and his siblings-in-law, Glenn Borden and Noville Brockington.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Lewis-Brockington; his daughters, Courtney Brockington of Columbia and Caitlyn Brockington of Columbia; his siblings, Edward Johnson of Florence, Edna Thomas of Richmond, Vermelle Wilson (Roscoe) of Garner and Evelyn Borden of McDonough, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, George Brockington (Audrey) of Florence, Leroy Brockington of Florence, Sarah Douglas of Florence, Jean Brockington of Florence and Elizabeth Drayton of Lansing, Michigan.; his niece Tamara Wilson of Florence; and his godson Marquez Samuels of Florence. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives; and friends.
