He is survived by: his significant other Rachel Singletary; his children, Bernard "Bernie" Johnson (Jacquie) of Brooklyn and Quinette "Net" Serrano (Edwin) of Jersey City; his grandchildren, Kareena Sweat of Matthews, KyRon Sweat (Taiqa) of Wilmington and Ashia Johnson of Chapel Hill; his great grandchildren, Najah Sweat of Charlotte, Quavia Sweat, KyRon Sweat, II, Kaydence Sweat, Karter Sweat of Wilmington and Alexis Freeman of Chapel Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Issac Singletary of St. Stephens, Roscoe Singletary (Leonisa) of Goose Creek, Robert Singletary (Yvonne) of St. Stephens, Leonia Bessent of Jacksonville and Ruby Jones of Chesapeake, Virginia. He is also survived by nephews; nieces; cousins.
