He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Melaine Winburn, Angela Watford and Melvin Watford (Jenny); and his siblings, Shirley, Myrtle, Viola, Margaret and Billy. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, two great grandchildren, many nephews and nieces and friends.
