He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleon P. Windham and Ruth W. Windham; and his sisters, Evelyn "Evie" McElveen and Martha Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Lois Evans Windham; his daughters, Pamela W. Hunter (Ian) and Andrea W. Hucks (Stewart); his grandchildren, Chloe Silver, Haylee Hucks, Kaysie Hucks, Brittany Evans, Danielle Evans King (Jake), Kristen Evans and Carter Evans; his siblings, Margaret Waddell (Dean) and Fuller Windham (Nita); and his brothers-in-law, Harry Evans, Lawton Evans (Sheryl) and Jordan Evans (Leslie).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Frank Monroe Scholarship Fund at the Florence Baptist Temple.
