He is survived by: his wife Janet Church Clark; his children, John Clark, Jr (Lori) and Shelly Smith (Ron); his siblings, Donnie Clark, Bernadine Clark Schultz (Alford) and Melinda Harmon Schmidt (Kirk); and his grandchildren, Emma Grace, Gabrielle Clark, John R. Clark, III, Hanna Smith and George Smith.
