R." and Angelia Galloway Buie; his wife Gloria Colonna; his daughter Skyelar Shannon Oakley; his siblings, Megan Renee Oakley and David Chadwick Oakley; his nieces and nephews, Chloe, Kaira Morrison, Kaden and Channing Oakley; and his pets, Max and Stella.
