It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julian Edsel Newsome (Florence, South Carolina), born in Timmonsville, South Carolina, who passed away on March 26, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Donna Jean Newsome of Florence; his siblings, Tommy Newsome (Brenda) of Effingham, Ronnie Newsome (Belinda) of Timmonsville, Lewis Newsome (Dotty) of Timmonsville, Brenda Hilson of Monroe, NC, Carolyn Hutchinson of Newport, NC and Ceal Pritchett (Robin) of Maggie Valley, NC; his mother-in-law Donna Jean Broach of Florence; and his siblings-in-law, William Wesley Broach, Jr. of Florence, Scott Iles of Sevierville, TN, Demaree Iles of Brandon, SD and Deborah Gainey of Florence. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
