He is survived by: his wife Debra Howard Bailey; his children, Alvin Powell (Audrey) and Traci Singletary (Terry); his siblings, Donnie "Red" Bailey (Bootsie) and Julia Bailey; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Wilson (Terrance), Taylor Daniels (Ernest) and Owen Powell; and his great grandchildren, Marleigh Wilson, Hendrix Wilson and Monroe Wilson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
