She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Hampton and Frances Stewart Getsinger; her son James Alderman, Jr.; and her brothers, Vernon and Jerry Getsinger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Anne Quattlebaum (Perry) of Oak Island, NC and Beth McAneney (Tim) of Florence, SC; her grandsons, James Quattlebaum (Lindsey) of Cornelius, NC, John Quattlebaum (Zina) of Huntersville, NC, Michael McAneney of Florence, SC, Galen McAneney (Jill) of Paris, TX and Joshua McAneney (Christin) of Blythewood, SC; and her sister Sarah Loudermilk of Spartanburg, SC.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
