He was predeceased by: his father Dr. Timothy Paul Vivian. He is survived by: his mother Nancy McLellan Vivian; his brother Walker Browning Vivian (Jessica) of Florence; his niece Tessa Robertson of Florence; his nephew Brody King of Florence; and his close friends, Jesse Mcphatter of Florence and Jason Galloway of Florence. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
