Nicholas Jimes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Jimes (Florence, South Carolina), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on November 6, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jimes and Jeanette Agnes Corolla Jimes; and the mother of his children Linda Louise Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Elma Benton Jimes; his children, Dianne Rene Whisler (Steve), Teresa Ann Jimes, Donald Patrick Jimes and Cynthia Marie Jimes; his stepchildren, Perry Giordano (Patsy), Donnie Giordano (Dianne), Ronnie Giordano (Terri), Ralph Giordano, Cindy Glass, Teresa McCutcheon (Terry) and Melisa Schwab (Bob); and his sister Rose Mitchell. He is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren and thirty-two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Veterans' Honor Guard, 2288 McDonald Blvd., Florence, SC 29506.
