She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Harrelson and Eliza Jane Squires Harrelson; her husband Calvin Vause; her son Jerry Cooper; and her siblings, Wilford, Richard Harrelson and Thelma H. Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Theressa Garris (Bobby), Tonya Jordan (Michael) and Kelvin Vause (Darlene); her sisters, Elnita H. Stevens, Wilma H. Richardson and Jeanette Lane (Vivien); her grandchildren, Jessica Garris, Christopher Garris, Caroline Garris, Kelli Ulmer (Justin), Kasey Vause, Devan Jordan (Lindsey) and Alyssa Jordan; her great grandchild Theressa; and also Jessie Cooper. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
