She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Lee Causey, Sr. and Janie Norman Causey; and her siblings, Lee Causey Jr., Wayne Causey and Margaret Stockton.
She is survived by: her sons, Jennings L. Carter (Gayle) of Atlanta and Glenn Carter (Dolly) of Florence; and her grandchildren, Tricia Foster (Ronald) of Atlanta, Melanie Waters (Brian) of Atlanta, Rebecca Carter of Asheville, N. C and Jennifer Carter of Florence. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Unity Baptist Church, 2990 Pamplico Hwy., Florence, SC.
