He was predeceased by: his parents, Madison H. Woodward and Clara Sinclair Woodward; and his sister LaNoma Watson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Morgan Woodward of Florence; his children, Morgan Woodward (Krista) of Haymarket, VA and Claire O'Donnell (Michael) of Lexington, SC; his grandchildren, Madison, Ivy, Hazel and Michaela; and his siblings, Jake Woodward, Karen Long, Lane Conn and Sarita Shipman. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
