She is survived by: her parents, Henry Mathis and Shirley Aycock Mathis; her husband James Robert "Bert" Tanner; her children, Alicia Bennett, Tosha Bennett (Travis Thaxton), Sunni Brown, Charles Tanner, Ashley Cook, Cayla Eaddy, Kim Thames and Jarred Dempsey; her sister Donna Hinton; her grandchildren, Breanna, Colby, Liam, Adalynn, Jayden, Maggie, Jaycee, Easton, London and Hannah; and her close friend Sandra Kay Burkett.
