He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Catesby Flannagan, Sr. and Victoria Flannagan Hall (Iller); and his sister Pat Hooker. He is survived by: his children, Roy Catesby Flannagan III (Beckie) of Florence, SC, Julia Wickham Capewell (Bill) of Ocala, FL and Elisabeth Welsby Flannagan of Hampton, VA; his grandson Wickham Catesby Flannagan (Alev) of Ankara, Turkey; and his great grandchild Atlas Catesby Flannagan of Ankara.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to the Parish Church of Saint Helena, Beaufort, SC.
