She was predeceased by: her parents, David Gregg Garland Sr and Lula Brown Garland; her husband Jimmy M. Kelly Sr.; her son Garland A. Kelly; her granddaughter Shannon Denice Kelly; and her siblings, Steven T. Garland and Sadie Kelley.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Jimmy M. Kelly Jr. (Connie) of Florence and Randy Kelly of Selma, NC; her grandchildren, Brandy Lorraine Kelly, Jimmy Mark Kelly (Crystal), Lindsey Brooke Flowers (Zachary), Lacey Harrison Howle (Mason) and Robyn Beacham (C. J.); her great grandchild Brianna Williams (Zack); and her siblings, D. G. Garland Jr. (Glenda) of Atlanta, GA and Patricia Wilkes (Raymond) of Hartsville.
