He is survived by: his wife LaTasha Hicks of Raleigh; his parents, Charlotte Sims of Jacksonville, NC and William Hicks Sr. of Baltimore, MD; and his siblings, William Hicks Jr. of Nashville, TN, Christal Sims Wilson of Raleigh, NC., Windell Hicks, Matthew Hicks, Latasha Robinette Lee Hicks, Miracle Hicks and Myra Hicks.
