He is survived by : his parents, Riley Augustus and Mabel Bowman Bradham; his wife Helen Cornelia McLeod; his children, Julia Elizabeth Bradham, Margaret Bradham Thornton (John Lawson Thornton) and John McLeod Bradham; his grandchildren, John Randolph Thornton, Alexandra Thornton, Elliott Thornton and Elisha Thornton; and his siblings, Amelia Bradham Kesling and Peyton Welbourne Bradham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
