It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence Olivia Tibbs Wilkey of Fort Lawn, South Carolina, who passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herbert Tibbs and Frances Mae Bartley Tibbs. She is survived by: her sons, David Yount of Rock Hill, John Melton (Mary) of Edgemoor and Andy Logan (Carolyn) of Chester; her grandchildren, Chris Miller of Rock Hill, Levi Melton of Lake Wylie, Isaac Logan of Chester and Ian Logan of Chester; and her brothers, John Tibbs of Great Falls and Harry David Tibbs of Augusta, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
