He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Caldbeck; his stepsons, Michael and David; his former life partners, Jeffrey and Douglas; his daughters-in-law, Alison (David), Catharine (Michael) and Carrie (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Ayla, Lexi, Josh, Ben and Zach. He is also survived by his sons, loved his daughters-in-law and cherished his five grandchildren.
