He is survived by : his wife Judith "Judy" King Suttle; his son Doug Suttle; and his brother Preston Suttle, Jr..

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Conestee Assembly of God (54 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Conestee Community Cemetery.
