He is survived by: his children, Alberto Perez of Mexico, Irma Perez of Fountain Inn, Francisco Perez (Alejandra) of Winston Salem, NC, Jose Luis Perez (Lea Palma) of Mexico, Rosalva Perez of Mexico and Manuel Perez (Martha) of Winston Salem, NC. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
