She was predeceased by: her husband George D. Hanson of Fountain Inn; her parents, Dan Taylor and Catherine Bearden Taylor; her grandchildren, Rick Nelson, Jr. and Jamie Leroy; and her siblings, Linda Bayne and James Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, George Dan Hanson (Heather Atchley) of Fountain Inn, Cathy Hanson (Erik Wood) of Gray Court, Donna Davis (Michael Crianza) of Fountain Inn, Robert Hanson of Fountain Inn and Marie Hanson Leroy (Greg) of Fountain Inn; her grandchildren, Catherine Galliher, Brandy Meek (Kenny), Brittney Hanson, Robert Hanson, II (Robby), Larry Don'l Hanson, Kristine Gibson (Will), Destanie Hanson, Austin Lockaby, Lila Atchley, Randi Atchley and Maelee Atchley; and her sister Diane Evett of Gray Court. She is also survived by 23 great grandchildren.
