She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Bernard Cohen and Bernice Ruth Flaxman Cohen; and her grandchild Berlyn Shy. She is survived by: her husband Randy Burleson; her sons, Greg Burleson (Katie Wolfe) and Keith Burleson (Tosha); her grandchildren, Breklyn Keith Burleson and Braelyn Dawn Burleson; her brothers, Phillip Cohen (Gina) and Ed Cohen (Pris); and her pet Trixie.
