He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Davis and Carrie Blakeley Davis; and his wife Vivian Ann Witten Davis. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Jordan of Greenville, SC, Candice Davis Watts (Valoria) of Greenville, SC, Angela Dogan (Marion) of Fountain Inn, SC, Anthony Davis of Teaneck, NJ, Eddie J. Davis, Jr. of Charlotte, NC and Mark C. Davis of San Diego, CA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
