It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gaynell Andrews of Fountain Inn, South Carolina, born in Pendleton, South Carolina, who passed away on August 22, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Clyde Burgess and Frances Duckworth Tompkins of Georgia. She is survived by: her children, Donna McCall (Bobby) of Piedmont, David A. Andrews, Jr. (Maggie) of Simpsonville, Michael A. Andrews (Tena) of Easley, Mark K. Andrews (Julie) of Simpsonville, Brian M. Andrews (Chasity) of Laurens, Karen G. Amor (Tony) of Simpsonville and James D. Andrews of Fountain Inn; and her siblings, Barbara Evans of Easley, Jimmy Burgess of Pickens, Charles Burgess of Crestview, Ray Burgess of Liberty, KY, Billy Burgess of Pickens and Tony Tompkins of Greenville. She is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; and thirty-nine great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, it is suggested that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
