He is survived by: his wife Peggy Dowdle Hoglen; his sons, Kevin Hoglen (Terri) of Piedmont and Michael Hoglen (Tamara) of Fort Walton Beach, FL; his sister-in-law Frankie Stiles Cowsert (Bobby); his grandchildren, Tabitha Talbert, Allison Hoglen, Christian Hoglen, Leah Cooper, Lee Williams, Jennifer Maines and Jessica Ratliff; and his great grandchildren, Dallas Talbert, Amayah Nelson, Jameson Hafner, Dawson Hoglen, Michelle Cooper, Austin Williams, Lexi Williams, Diem Maines and Tatum Kent.
