He is survived by: his children, Israel Kelly, Brandon Kelley (Sam), Delone Garcia (Rogelio) and Tabitha Kelly (Barry "Bird-Dog"); his siblings, Curtis Kelley (Rosalie), David Kelly (Debbie), Mack Kelly and Ann Wilson; his grandchildren, Tristan Ramsey, Taylor Walker, Lance Marrero, Mackenzie Simmons, Ariel Kelly, Ashley Brantley, Jasmine Murphy and Sofia Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Landon Alexander, Carter Ambridge, Brooklyn Fetting, Oliver Brantley and Luna Ambridge.
