He was predeceased by : his father Joseph B. Turner Sr.; and his brother-in-law Mickey Davis. He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Wentz Turner; his daughters, Beth Moore (Eddie) and Allison Wilhelm (Patrick); his grandchildren, Brice (Rachael), Douglas, Grace Moore, Davis and Leila Wilhelm; his great grandchild Evie; and his siblings, Sally Turner Davis and Thomas Watson Turner (June). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
