She was predeceased by: her parents, James Franklin Smith and Eva Jane Christian Smith; her husband Terry Ray Rollins; and her siblings, Leroy Smith, James Smith, Harold Smith, Leo Dale Smith, Eula Mae Brown, Sara Clampet and Effie Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Rollins (Deb), Johnny Edward Forman (Renea) and Jamie Dean Smith (Michelle); her sisters, Evelyn Garcia and Mary Dutton; and her close friend Mark Huduk.
