He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cecil Caudell and Sarah Ann Corn Caudell; and his son Richard Caudell. He is survived by: his wife Christine Tedder Caudell; his son Robert Caudell (Sara); his granddaughters, Mary Katherine and Alice Christine Caudell; and his brothers, Tom Caudell (Loretta) and Reid Caudell (Helen).
