He is survived by: his wife Ana Milena Cardona Acosta; his children, Luis Cuartas, Claudia Caballero (Manuel), Jessica Tuttle (Peyden) and Fernanda Cuartas; his siblings, Carlos Cuartas (Claudia), Luz Marina Cuartas (Jair) and Janet Cuartas (Danilo); and his granddaughters, Alexa Caballero and Isabelle Tuttle.
