With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie Irene Whitmire (Fountain Inn, South Carolina), born in Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on August 2, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Partridge and Sally Partridge; her children, Billy Whitmire and Joyce Smith (Rufus); and her children-in-law, L. D. Studstill and Jeri Mae Whitmire.

She is survived by: her children, David Whitmire (Myra), Jerry Whitmire and June Studstill. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
