She is survived by: her daughter Sarah Vales of Akron, Ohio; her sister Corine B. Wharton of Fountain Inn; her grandchildren, Wesley Kelley (Avis) and LaTonja Vales McKinney; her great grandchildren, Justin Kelley, Asa Kelley and La Dancia Lee; her great great grandchild Khy; her niece Martha Bates; her sisters-in-law, Lillie Faye Bowie and Hattie Wharton; and also Kim Taylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
