He is survived by: his wife Joanne Fowler Richards; his children, Ann Richards, Jessie Richards and Tony Rogers (Eden); his brother Kenny Richards (Tracy); his sister-in-law Cheryl Richards; his grandchildren, Tony Rogers II, Jennifer Hale, Hudson Owings, Preston Owings and Karlee Morris; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Rogers III, Brooklyn Hale, Holly Rogers and Ella Rogers.
