He was predeceased by: his parents, Renzie Lacy Cooper Sr. and Fannie Cook Cooper; and his siblings, Renzie Cooper Jr., Harold Cooper, Louise Bell-Bentley and Blanche Abbott.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Cooper; his daughters, Pat Booker and Beth Black (Eddie); his grandchildren, Ashley Booker, Jessica Broyles (Ross), Lauren Black and Christy Huey (Alex); and his great grandchildren, Jaley, Reid, Lorelai, Luke and Sarah.
