He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Madge Thackston Woods; his daughter Karen Cabaniss; his brothers, Bill Woods and Lewis Woods (Louise); his granddaughters, Haley Cabaniss, Taylor Cabaniss, Sadie Cabaniss and Katherine O'Shields; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Coleman and Autumn Coleman.
