Phelps of Maryland; and his siblings, Matthew Ray of Clinton, Joseph Phelps (Linda) of Greenville, Ronald Phelps (Lisa) of Woodruff, Rosa Lee Phelps of Woodruff, Val Mason (Curtis) of Woodruff and Madia Davis of Greenville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
